my 10 ways to destress

1. dance... this really help, i feel free when i dance...
2. bite myself... this sound scary, but it works...
3. shout n cry soundless on my pillow... i will only do this when i am alone, wont allow other to see..
4. chocolate... yeh... i love it...
5. music... slow music will calm me down..
6. make myself busy... keep doing things, so i wont hv extra time to think too much (do maths, hehe)
7. alcoholic drinks... hmm, i did this last night(drank beer), when i was alone at home... but i wont do this often la
8. play with my doggie.. it is really cute n it is always cheerful(erm, maybe dogs wont know wat is sad =P)
9. enjoy the night.. i like night very much, i like the silence, the cooler whether, the wind , the moon n the stars (too bad, not much stars can be seen in kl... i miss NS night... the sky there will be fulled of stars)
10. blogging... start writing about my feelings in NS to mr.dairy, n will continue in here... sorry, mr.dairy, not writing to u anymore, read it here if u want... =P
